Quiet hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. The property provides a great service. The location is in an ideal and nice spot in a quiet area. There's a nice bar at the hotel. Every time in Okemos we stay in this venue.

The rooms were new-fashioned with 2 double beds, the staff was affable and very friendly. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was comfortable in the middle of Okemos. We found it in a calm area short walk to restaurants, and the outlet.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to get to. the service and amenities provided made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was a bad attitude problem with one of the front desk staff, and there were some issues with the room, such as a lack of supplies and no room touch-ups. Additionally, there were concerns about noise and disturbances, particularly in the pool area.

The staffs were excellent & amicable. The location was unbeatable and ideal, just off coffee shops, conveniences, and the outlet. Visited Backyard Bar Bq for a few drinks, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, recommend.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was wonderful! The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The front desk attendant was helpful when my room card didn't work, resolving the issue quickly. I recommend this hotel.

The building is new and the rooms are spotless and fabulous with 2 double beds as well as the bathroom. The staff is affable and helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.
